When Does Coverage Begin?

Coverage begins the Next Day if bought and paid via the Internet (Central Time), if all other eligibility criteria have been met.

If coverage is bought/paid via the Internet (Central Time), coverage begins the next day if all other eligibility criteria have been met. (Dates of 29, 30 and 31st are unavailable.)

If coverage is bought/paid via US Mail, the earliest coverage is the day after the post mark on the envelope, if all other eligibility criteria have been met. (if no or non-legible post mark, coverage begins the latter of the requested date or two days before the application was received by Assurant Health. (Dates of 29, 30 and 31st are unavailable.)
